1. Advisory fees
Advisory fees cover the work performed up to the point of cancellation. Where a filing has been made at Companies House, the government filing fee element is non-refundable.
2. Ongoing services
Registered address, service address and similar recurring services are refundable pro rata for the unused portion of the annual period, less any transfer costs.
